Hi everybody! So tell me, how is your week going with the end of daylight savings!? Did the extra hour help or hinder you? I hope you were able to find some activities to help and are doing well getting back on track! I have some fun things for you this week, such as a "Gobble Your Friends" printable and 5 activities you could (and should!) make traditions this Thanksgiving if you're in need or feeling like you would like to have them!

This is also a friendly reminder NOT to put too much on your plate, in more than one way, this holiday season! It's really easy to start saying "yes" to every activity coming in, especially when we are asked early and don't really have our agenda laid out in front of us yet. Be sure to give yourself a little grace and remember that this is a thankful holiday, and sometimes we need to be thankful for our ability to say "no"! Perhaps this year you will choose to delegate dishes for Thanksgiving dinner and keep only 1 or 2 for yourself to handle or say no to extra activities you do out of the habit of saying yes! I'm still working on this myself, so I'll be right there with you choosing which activities I actually enjoy and want to participate in this year!
