According to the My Escambia website, the Pensacola Beach Annual Pass is integrated with SunPass and provides a 365-day pass over the Bob Sikes Bridge.
To get your Pensacola Beach Annual Pass, just purchase a SunPass transponder, then enroll in the Pensacola Beach Annual Pass Program here.
Note that the SunPass transponder must be purchased AND activated before you can enroll in the Pensacola Beach Annual Pass Program.
Pensacola Beach residents are allowed up to two $5 Pensacola Beach Annual Passes, but you must visit the Santa Rosa Island Authority office to obtain the designation of your primary residence on Pensacola Beach (50%+ of your time during a year).
